FalconTechn Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Falcontech") was founded in August 2012. The company is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with a planned site area of 50 mu and a total registered capital of RMB 260 million. It is a state-controlled mixed-ownership enterprise, a member enterprise under Wuxi Industrial Development Group, a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in sophisticated technologies and unique products, a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and the leading unit of the national key R&D program during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.

 

Falcontech has established the following three major business divisions: Metal Additive Manufacturing Solutions Division, Hot Isostatic Pressing Division, and Precision Casting Division, is a leading global provider of end-to-end metal additive manufacturing solutions. With over a decade of R&D, the company has overcome key challenges in the stability, consistency, and precision control of Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology, establishing mature processes for more than 40 metal materials.Leveraging over 100 patents and a fleet of advanced manufacturing equipment, the company has delivered nearly 100,000 high-quality components to industries including aerospace, aviation, energy, automotive, medical and so on. 


Metal Additive Manufacturing Solutions Division

Centering on the Selective Laser Melting process, it has built a full-process chain covering structural optimization design and simulation calculation, production of metal powder raw materials, 3D printing manufacturing of components, post-processing of components, machining, and performance testing, so as to provide users with one-stop metal 3D printing solutions for products.

Hot Isostatic Pressing Division

It has established a complete process chain encompassing powder material design and preparation, material modification, hot isostatic pressing technology application, and subsequent processing. It is equipped with the hardware capabilities to carry out the application development of high-end powder metallurgy materials and hot isostatic pressing technology as well as the research and development of new products.

Precision Casting Division

It has the capability of designing and manufacturing wax patterns for complex blades and ceramic core molds, enabling the design, processing and delivery of multi-connected blades, hollow blades and complex curved surface blade molds.
