The company currently has more than 60 sets of 3D printing equipment in service, including those from Germany's EOS, Farsoon Technologies, and Bright Laser Technologies. The maximum forming size reaches 1500×1500×1500mm, among which over 50 sets are medium and large-sized equipment with a forming area of 400×400mm and above. Through over a decade of continuous research and development, it has completed the development and optimization of laser parameters, verification of the stability of processing platforms, development and optimization of post-processing technologies, and development and optimization of surface treatment processes. It has also broken through key issues in 3D printing processes such as stability, consistency, repeatability, and shape and property control. For different materials, it has developed laser scanning parameters and optimized heat treatment processes for more than 40 types of metal materials including titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, superalloys, and stainless steels, establishing a mature full-process system for part processing. In addition, it has built specifications for metal powder raw materials, specifications for 3D printing technology and post-processing, as well as performance databases for metal powder raw materials and mechanical property databases for 3D printed metal materials.
At present, the technical services that the company can provide to users include:
1) Development of selective laser melting processes for new metal materials;
2) Part simulation calculation, topology optimization design, and innovative structural design based on 3D printing;
3) 3D printing services for metal parts, providing process solutions for product realization;
4) Processing services for 3D printing post-processing procedures (such as hot isostatic pressing, abrasive flow machining, and mechanical processing, etc.);
5) Sales and after-sales services of selective laser melting equipment.
