Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) is a process where products are placed in a closed container, and equal static pressure is applied to the products in all directions while high temperature is exerted. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the products are sintered, densified, or joined.

The team is led by experts in the field of metal materials from home and abroad, dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of high-end powder metallurgy materials and the application of hot isostatic pressing technology. It has a complete process chain covering powder material design and preparation, material modification, application of hot isostatic pressing technology, and subsequent processing, and is equipped with the hardware capabilities to carry out the application development of high-end powder metallurgy materials and hot isostatic pressing technology as well as the research and development of new products. Significant breakthroughs have been made in multiple technical aspects such as material densification, preparation of high-end powder metallurgy materials, bimetallic or multi-metallic diffusion bonding, and hot isostatic pressing near-net shaping (HIP-NNS).
